Time for the weekend! I’ve got one of my best girls visiting for the weekend so I know that will include quality catch up time, good food (ok, when is there ever not good food?), and a little DC exploring. I’m definitely taking that extra day and dedicating it to creativity – time to get inspired and amped up for a new project or two I think! What’s on tap for you this long weekend? Yes, I think a bright coat and pink doughnuts should be included!
I’m kind of obsessed with Lauren Hom’s blog Daily Dishonesty, where she shows off her awesome type and graphic design talents. Each post is so fun. But when browsing her profile I came across her mock ups for Gourmet, a super stylish font she designed. AND then put on cupcakes.

I’ve fallen off the radar a bit because I’m knee deep in a fun but intense work project. I wanted to share a few things that are keeping me inspired… a sparkling clean and beautiful house, strawberry doughnuts(!), and being a bit of a type nerd.
